That is the Question?

To go back to work or not??

Lately I have been feeling like it is time to go back to work, it would certainly help financially but I am not sure I could handle leaving B for that period of time.

This in turn raises the question of maybe just returning to work part time, meaning I wouldn't have to be away from Master B for so long.

We do plan on having more children (if that's possible but that calls for an entirely new post) at some stage and I feel like it would be a waste to go back only for 6-12 months just to have to put it all on the back burner again.

Tomorrow I am going to go to centerlink and talk to them and see how going back to work will effect my payments and B's daycare fees.

Even if that turns out to be okay I will then need to find a suitable job and get daycare for B sorted. One step at a time I suppose.

Good Night for now.

So many happenings.

Lately so much has been going on, I feel a little lost some days trying to keep track of it all. So I am going to write a small paragraph update on all of the happenings.

Master B, has grown so much! He changes each and everyday. Lately he has learnt to name and point to mouth, eyes, nose, ears and hair. He is a very cheeky little monkey and loves to test his boundries and mine. We love spending time in the garden, and recently have planted a vegetable patch which he loves to help water. I have seen heaps of awesome hands on activities on facebook and other blogs lately which I am very keen to try out. Ice and Jelly building blockes, cress egg heads and laminated sensory boards.

My beautiful husband is my rock. He listens to me rambl on about garbage pretty much. Being at home with B all day there isnt much adult interaction so I have to get my fix all in one go. Poor Man. He started a butchers apprenticeship in March and so far seems to be loving it! Which is great! It is really good for him to actually like what he is doing for work and at the end of it he will have a trade! Yay!

My study has been going along quite nicely. I started the WIST course in June and so far have completed 2 subjects and am currently undertaking another 2. I am very keen to complete this course as it means I will be able to start uni next year! Yay! Super exciting.

My garden was planted in stages from the start of August and is growing quite nicely. There are 5 fruit trees, a vegetable patch, palms along my fence line and a few styro boxes with a selection of fruits/vegetables. There will be more updates later, with photos. I am quite in love with the progress as we had a completely blank yard to begin with. Because we rent I am limited in what I am allowed to do without getting the realestates permission.

Master B's Closet, is my facebook business page. It has suffered lately in preferance of other more important things in my life. I am sad that this has happened but it is extremely hard to find time to fit everything in. I am definately keen to get back in to it. However there is a small issue with finding space. Our spare bedroom has recently become my sister's room, leaving me the carport. There will be plenty of space there but will just require a little bit of creative organising.

Okay so that is definately enough for now. More updates and pictures to come.

Journal Writing?

I am not the diary keeping type.

I don't know why? I would love to have a written record of the important events in my life, just to help remember them and keep them fresh in my memory. I am currently completing a course through CQU and as part of the english subject I am required to keep a journal.

I haven't been the best at keeping my blog updated and I know the chances of my writing in a journal are less likely so with this in mind I have decided I will try once again to blog.

I am not sure that it counts as a journal but I will do my best to maitain it. As an added bonus I can attach photos and web links.

It appears I need to learn to start my sentences with something other than the word "I", but I guess that is the point of this exercise. Reflection. You can't reflect on something you haven't done. The only way to get better is to keep practicing.

I will post updates on our recent happenings in a seperate update. I have tons of pictures to share and lots of exciting new things. :-)
